Classes

SPIN

STUDIO SPIN

A 45 minute full body work out on the bike. A group class lead by our highly trained instructors designed to challenge all fitness levels.

the GRIND

A 45 minute spin class aiming to build strength and stamina. Expect heavy tension, slow legs focusing on form and strengthening.

the tempo

A 45 minute class focusing on building cardiovascular health and endurance. Our aim is to train with a sustained increased heart rate, with interval training and quick legs.

 

barre

STUDIO BARRE

A full body 45 minute class designed to tone, shape and lengthen. A focus on form, alignment and utilization of isometric strength training. A blend of mat pilates, ballet barre and yoga in a group instructed class. Expect high and low intensity with low impact options for the entire class.

 

YOGA

studio yoga

45 to 60 minute sessions of various yoga styles and practices. Stretch and lengthen your limbs while focusing on breathing and meditation to calm your mind.

  • spin shoes

  • yoga mats

  • equipment needed for all classes

Please bring or we have available for purchase:

  • sweat towel

  • water bottle

  • socks
